My Story

You know, I never imagined
I’d be doing this kind of work.

I used to be a medical lab scientist. Everything in my world was black and white—data, results, measurable outcomes. I liked it that way. It felt safe. Predictable. I was juggling work, family, life… doing what I thought I should be doing.

But something inside me always felt a little off. Like I was living life through a frosted window—able to see the beauty, but somehow not fully experiencing it.

And then my son was born prematurely. He was so tiny… so fragile. And he came with a diagnosis that felt like a punch to the gut. Suddenly, none of my degrees, none of my experience, could fix this.

I was drowning in appointments, therapies, and advice from professionals who never really saw us.

I was holding everything together for everyone—but inside, I was crumbling. I didn’t know who I was anymore.

I remember one day, just sitting in my car, sobbing silently so no one would see. I was so tired. So done.

That’s when something inside me whispered:

“Try something different...”

The Journey

Awakening & Becoming a Conscious Creator:

I booked a Reiki session—not even sure what to expect. But in that quiet hour, something shifted. It wasn’t logical. It wasn’t explainable. But I felt seen for the first time in a long time. I felt a flicker
of peace.

That flicker turned into a flame.

I became a Reiki Master. Then one training led to another HeartHealing™, Theta, Sacred Soul Alignments, ancestral work, quantum tools. I was opening up to a whole new world.

I explored beyond science—into Reiki, quantum healing, and heart-led modalities. I discovered that true transformation begins from within.

I stopped outsourcing my power and began creating consciously—shifting old patterns, healing generational wounds, and reclaiming the pieces of myself I had silenced.

But the real turning point for me?

The realization I was carrying so much...

Old stories, past life imprints, ancestral pain, beliefs I didn’t

even know I had.

It wasn’t just about my son anymore. It became about me.

I was showing up in the world half-lit, trying to achieve my
way to worthiness.

When I finally allowed my heart to crack open, when I

stopped trying to heal from the neck up and started healing

from the heart out—that’s when everything changed.

I started remembering who I was. I began showing up

differently in my relationships.

I let go of the perfectionism, the over giving, the invisible

weight I’d been carrying for generations. And I watched

other women—clients just like me—begin to shift too.
